There are a few error messages that you might receive when you cannot login to Kisi.
You have to confirm your email address before continuing
This message appears for new users who have signed up for Kisi on the mobile app but have not confirmed their account via email. Check your email for a confirmation, click on link in that email and you should be able to log in from there.
Attempt to access an object not found in store
This message means that the Kisi App did not download properly from the App Store. Please uninstall the app and reinstall. This should fix the problem. If it does not, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
